Following a hardware failure your DesignJet printer may need expensive parts and costly labour. However, if your DesignJet is already covered on our 1-year On-Site Parts & Labour Contract we will cover the costs of the hardware and labour. The DesignJet 1-year On-Site Parts & Labour Contracts shown below only cover the London Area unless previously agreed in writing.

Our On-Site Parts & Labour Cover includes Free Telephone & Email Support as standard. Our DesignJet engineers carry a comprehensive selection of genuine HP DesignJet parts and whenever possible, calls are completed on a next-day basis.

Cover commences 14 days after purchase or agreed policy start date and all pre-existing faults are excluded from cover. Full terms and conditions of our On-Site Parts & Labour Contract is available on request.
